We are hiring a Director of Business Development with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership to spearhead revenue and customer acquisition efforts. This pivotal role will bridge the gap between datavisyn\’s big-pharma and biotech clients and our product development teams, ensuring alignment between market needs and our advanced data visualization solutions. The Director of Business Development will join a collaborative team in a hybrid work environment based in Linz, Austria. Your SKILLS

  • Formal Education and Experience: Degree and/or professional experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Knowledge of the biotech or pharma industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Key Accounts: Proven track record in corporate environments or key account management, demonstrating the ability to manage and expand client relationships.
  • Experience with Digital Products: Proven track record of scaling a software product business.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: Openness to acquiring new skills and familiarizing with innovative tools to drive growth.
  • Proactive and Solution-Oriented: A mindset focused on anticipating challenges and developing effective strategies.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English ; German proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
