Your mission
As a (Junior) Consultant (m/f/d), you will reorganize and optimize our clients\‘ commercial processes and structures, and work on topics crucial for the success of medium-sized companies, utilizing international accounting guidelines. Initially, you will join a project team for three to six months in Germany. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting projects primarily in the manufacturing, automotive supplier industry, construction industry, as well as mechanical and plant engineering.
- Preparing expert opinions across various industries, and providing operational and strategic recommendations for action.
- Conducting various analyses, including market and competitive research, as well as financial and performance studies.
- Preparing integrated budgets.
- Ensuring short-term liquidity and assisting in planning.
- Implementing strategies and measures, and providing ongoing support to our customers.
- Working on internal projects, such as preparing studies and publications, as well as further developing processes and structures.
During this time, you will get acquainted with the entire b&p team, including all tools and methods. You will also have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of b&p in Vienna, and support us in establishing a new location.

For a 40-hour workweek, we offer an annual salary of at least EUR 50,000 in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting. Naturally, the compensation will depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience for the position.
Your profile
- Degree in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or other relevant fields.
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in the manufacturing industry or in management consultancy.
- You have demonstrated commitment, resilience, and the ability to work in a team during your education or previous engagements.
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in German (at least level C1).
- Ability to impress with a confident demeanor, strong presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel.
