In our interdisciplinary product areas, you will drive our corporate goals and visions forward on a daily basis. You are considered an important sparring partner for our operational areas and strengthen our Hellmann organization both internally and externally.
Hellmann has developed into one of the largest international logistics providers by serving more than 50,000 customers and is represented by a Worldwide Network of 489 offices in 173 countries with more than 19,500 employees.
We plan to continue the growth in our existing markets and expand into new logistics services products and countries. Customer Relationship Management and the CRM tool are key to enable and support this growth strategy for the company. Thus we are growing our existing CRM team to implement and rollout a new CRM tool on a worldwide level.

» Key Responsibilities:
- Further development of sales and marketing modules
- Consulting of internal process owners for optimizations with Dynamics CRM
- Conceptual design for the implementation of requirements
- Development of solutions for the MS Dynamics 365 CRM platform
- Realization of projects with internal software developers and external implementation partners
- Preparation and execution of internal trainings for the CRM system for the sales staff
- System administration
» Key Skills and Requirements:
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration or corresponding professional training
- Project and / or implementation experience in the area of Dynamics 365
- Organizational talent with a strong sense of service and responsibility
- Strong communication skills, team player and proactive working style
- Fluent or business fluent German and English skills
