We are supporting a leading Independent European Strategy Consulting firm locate a Country Partner to help build their practice in Germany.
They provide strategic value creation advisory services including: M&A, Growth and Deal Advisory, along with Transformation services including Digital.
This practice has a successful track record in establishing and building successful consulting practices in new markets. They are able to provide full support and an equity scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the German / DACH region
- Develop a leading Strategy practice in the region
- Responsibility for team hiring and development
- Act as the regional ambassador of the firm
Key Requirements:
- Tier 1 Strategy or Big 4 Strategy Consulting experience
- TMT or Financial Service or Digital experience
- The role can be located from Munich or any other major German City
- Consulting Business Development experience
In return they will provide full support to allow you to quickly build a leading consulting business along with a Partnership equity scheme.
