Responsibilities:
- Lead a skilled project team in designing new IC products for critical applications.
- Conduct analog and mixed-signal IC design, with an emphasis on power management and DC/DC converters, covering specification, architecture, modeling, design, simulation, layout, characterization, application development, and customer support.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in analog IC design, including design responsibility, and proficiency with industry-standard CAE tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with high-voltage, BCD, and SOI semiconductor technologies.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices, including design for manufacturing, testing, and reliability.
- Experience in radiation-hardened IC design is advantageous.
- Self-driven, structured work approach, strong teamwork skills, versatility, curiosity, and fluency in both German and English.
