Stellenbeschreibung
- Create concepts and design specifications for new power modules
- Support the designs during the initial prototype phase of power modules
- Plan and set up test benches for design verification (developer tests)
- Perform developer tests, including analysing and documenting the results
Qualifikationen
- Degree from a technical university (Master / PhD) in the field of semiconductors / electronics or electrical engineering / technical physics
- At least 5 years experience, preferably in the field of semiconductor
- Basic automotive experience highly appreciated
- Willingness to travel within Austria & Germany
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- German language skills highly appreciated
Additional Information
The gross monthly salary for 38.5 hours according to the collective agreement for the automotive industry is at least € 4,400 (14 x p.a.) for this position. The actual salary will be determined depending on your actual number of hours.
