As a Senior Associate, you\’ll tackle diverse cases across various industries and your responsibilities will span large-scale litigation matters in the Supreme, Federal, and High Courts across Australia, including international disputes.
The role will challenge you with a broad range of complex matters, including commercial contract disputes, construction-related litigation, Corporations Act matters, takeover litigation, arbitrations, consumer Law, directors and officers duties, energy, mining, and resources disputes, IP matters, media law, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, tax litigation, banking and finance, commercial property disputes, corporate governance, corporate insolvency and restructures.
SENIOR ASSOCIATES OR SPECIAL COUNSELS
To excel in this role, you\’ll need a minimum of 6 years of PAE. Ideal lawyers will hail from reputable specialist litigation, mid-tier, or top-tier firms, showcasing expertise in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
