As a Senior Case Manager, you will provide high quality and comprehensive case management to young people living at Foyer Oxford. While managing your own case load, you will work closely with the Coordinator and act as a senior point of client-focused support and advice to the existing team of case managers as well as provide secondary consultation for client safety concerns. This is a fast-paced role that will see you juggle risk and complexity. You will stretch and grow your resilience but in return reap immense rewards in terms of the quality relationships you will build and hold and the profound impact you will be able to enact in the lives of others.
This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) opportunity. The role works on a 3-week rotating roster, with hours of work being Monday – Friday between 8 am and 8 pm (working 7.5 hrs days), occasional Saturday and on-call support.

You are a passionate and talented individual who wants to be part of a team that delivers quality services to our clients. To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications or diploma in a human services field
- Substantial experience in case management and well-developed assessment skills with young people experiencing homelessness
- Highly developed capability in working with complex young people experiencing homelessness to support case planning, safety, and risk responses
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the youth, housing, and accommodation sector
- Demonstrated experience providing subject matter advice to other team members
- Previous experience recruiting, training, and inducting staff – highly desirable
- Highly developed written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience writing high-quality case notes
- Well-developed conflict resolution skills as well as the ability to inspire and lead change
- Ability to juggle complex workloads independently as well as collaborate with the team, leading them by example
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, WA Working with Children\’s Check, and a current WA Driver’s Licence.
