Overview:
As Regional Operations Director for Staycity’s German locations, you will oversee all operational aspects across both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and effective financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to delivering high standards in every area of operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with General Managers and local leaders to align with the company’s vision, creating and sustaining a cohesive, high-performing culture across all properties.
• Drive financial success by developing comprehensive budgets, accurately forecasting performance, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Oversee diverse F&B operations, including high-volume restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, innovative offerings, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, F&B, and HR teams to enhance brand value, promote customer loyalty, and optimise overall property performance.
• Continuously analyse guest feedback and audit results, implementing tailored solutions to enhance service quality and elevate the guest journey across accommodations, F&B, and events.
• Spearhead new property openings, ensuring operational readiness, alignment with brand standards, and the successful integration of unique F&B and event offerings from day one.
• Provide sustained support to new and existing locations, focusing on operational excellence, consistent quality, and adaptability to market trends.
• Work closely with the HR team to attract top talent, foster career development, and cultivate a culture of excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
• Innovate within F&B operations, identifying opportunities to enhance menus, beverage programmes, and event concepts to exceed customer expectations and market demands.

What You’ll Bring:
• At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director, with a proven ability to deliver operational success and foster growth in a hospitality-focused organisation.
• A blend of corporate experience in early career stages and entrepreneurial leadership in independent Restaurants, Bars, and Event operations, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
• Deep expertise in managing high-profile F&B programmes, including the development of restaurant and bar concepts, overseeing culinary excellence, and executing large-scale events.
• Comprehensive knowledge of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level proficiency in German.
• A track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational efficiency across diverse hospitality functions, with particular focus on F&B profitability.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams, driving engagement, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
