Senior Business Operations Consultant (w/m/d) People & Culture – Limited 18 months

What you’ll do
As part of our People & Culture (P&C) Business Operations Team, you as the Senior Business Operations Consultant will lead or contribute to complex longer-term P&C initiatives and processes as part of a larger team. You will be assigned to a dedicated business operations initiative, senior business leader, or process and will work alongside other experts to drive simplified and standardized processes and systems for improving business productivity and ultimate success. If you thrive in a dynamic and diverse team with a mission to bring out the best in our business by translating strategy into execution, we are looking forward to getting to know you and explore our collaboration. This role is a full-time position limited for 18 months from the start date.

- General experience with the enhancement of business and process performance, project and change management
- Experience in large, global, complex program management, preferably within an HR environment
- Strong organizational skills in managing goals and milestones efficiently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage and engage with complex stakeholder maps for smooth execution to meet project expectations and deadlines
- Ability to facilitate support for standards, processes, tools, and guidelines
