Tasks
As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors , you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers navigate their HXM journey, taking ownership of impactful projects and driving success. Your tasks will include:
- Consulting clients during SAP SuccessFactors implementation with a focus on core HR processes.
- Analyzing business processes and designing customer-specific process improvements.
- Acting as a project manager for implementation projects, taking on responsibility and leading initiatives.
- Sharing your expertise while mentoring and supporting less experienced consultants.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions beyond SAP SuccessFactors, such as SAP ERP HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
- Certification and in-depth knowledge in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding).
- A willingness to learn, grow, and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Strong self-organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
- A moderate willingness to travel to client locations.
