As a Product Owner , you are responsible for our software solutions for air traffic control and apron management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize product backlog based on stakeholder requirements and project plans.
• Define and specify new functionality at various levels, maintaining the product requirements documentation.
• Responsible for coordinating, documenting, and fulfilling formal release processes, ensuring timely delivery.
• Prepare features, coordinate and refine with product and project management, and the assigned development team.
• Represent product development in assigned customer projects, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Work with the product owners team to shape the development roadmap and release plans.

Skills Required:

• Completed education in the field of software engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar (e.g., project manager or product manager).
• Solid background in requirements engineering.
• Good understanding of agile software development and agile methods and practices.
• You are a strong personality and can assert yourself.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English; fluency in German would be beneficial.
• Experience in the field of aviation would be beneficial.

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,346 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
