Be part of this challenge and join our team to work on the following tasks:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage complex software projects focused on Air Traffic Control applications, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage client expectations.
4. Utilize appropriate systems and tools to measure and maintain project quality control.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively resolve issues that could impact delivery, implement necessary changes and maintain updated documentation for all stakeholders.
6. Facilitate effective communication and cross-functional collaboration between third-party vendors, regional delivery teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless and successful project execution.
7. Mentor junior project managers and support building an effective project management team.
8. Support the sales team during the pre-sales phase, providing input on quotations and managing change requests in coordination with Sales.

Skills Required:

1. Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2. Min. 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects.
4. Good understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and related technologies.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in English & German, both spoken and written.
7. Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4.346,- gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
