Op Shop Supervisor

Retail Award Level 4 + Super + Salary Packaging

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + super, you will have access to:

• An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave

Your skills and experience

You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
