We are looking for an experienced retail professional with creative flair to help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary op shops. Uniting Op Shops nurture a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. Our aim is to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way all while offering positive customer experiences, high level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting’s culture.
Benefits of working at Uniting
In addition to a base salary commencing at $27.17 p/hr + super, you will have access to:
- An extra 17.5% on top of your fortnightly pay when you take paid annual leave
- Ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as rent, groceries, bills, clothing, and much more
- 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre

Your skills and experience

You will have a passion for fashion, charity retail or the creative, and a flair for visual merchandising. You will ideally have experience in cash handling, register operations and closing procedures and be confident in supervising a team as well as working on your own.
