Head of Business Intelligence (BI) (f/d/m)

Lead and develop a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Design and implement BI strategies that enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.

Utilize your expertise in SQL and data management to oversee our DWH operations and ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including C-level executives, to provide data-driven insights that support business objectives.

Champion best practices in data analysis, presenting findings in a clear and impactful manner to diverse audiences.

Experience & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, with a proven track record of leading analyst teams.
• Proficiency in SQL (MySQL preferred) and a deep understanding of database management.
• Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau and/or Power BI, though familiarity with other tools is also valuable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive approach with high independence and personal responsibility.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with R, Python, ELK, and/or Kafka for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with finance analytics, accounting, or controlling concepts.
• A passion for creating and maintaining an open, transparent communication culture.
