We are currently looking for the right person to join our Embedded Data Processing & Algorithms Department as an: Embedded Software Development Engineer (m/f) Located in Bissen / Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Development of real-time software for electronics systems according to agreed timeline, respecting required quality and performance levels.
- Support component level software requirements analysis.
- Elaborate appropriate software architectures.
- Design software on component level.
- Code and test of software components.
- Participate in review of use cases, software requirements, and software architecture.
- Organize and participate in reviews of software design, code, and tests.
- Handle configuration management, problem resolution for allocated components, quality audits.
- Support SW process improvements.
- Support SW coordinators and team leader to plan and execute SW projects.
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic degree in engineering, preferably in electronics engineering, computer science or equivalent.
- Working experience in C as embedded programming.
- Working experience with:
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design with UML.
- Embedded software architecture.
- Micro-controller hardware and peripherals.
- Requirement managing tools.
- Knowledge of automotive processes and quality standards (SPICE, ASIL, HIS, MISRA).
- Knowledge of functional safety standards like ISO 26262 or similar.
- Knowledge of cyber security standards like ISO/SAE 21434 or similar.
- Knowledge of IBM Rhapsody tool chain or similar.
