Your daily tasks will include:

  1. Identifying potential customers and generating leads through cold calling (telephone and e-mail)
  2. Building and maintaining a network through active participation in events and trade fairs
  3. Developing and implementing creative new projects and/or events to increase visibility and expand the network
  4. Driving awareness and recommendation of the Cloudflight brand
  5. Ensuring data quality and accuracy in our CRM system (HubSpot)
  6. Closing smaller deals and supporting the team with larger contracts

The following will make you succeed in this role:

  1. Several years of experience in cold calling and new customer acquisition
  2. Proactive personality – not afraid to try out new things and drive things forward independently
  3. Strong communication skills and active listening skills to understand the needs of our customers
  4. Technical aptitude with a deep understanding of our services and their value to customers, coupled with a strong interest in cutting-edge technology and a willingness to continuously learn and grow in this area
  5. Perseverance and resilience, coupled with advanced time management to effectively organise and prioritise tasks
  6. Strategic and creative thinking to develop targeted outreach plans and find innovative solutions
  7. Fluency in written and spoken German and English
