A fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to join the Management Team of a well-known venue located in the Northern Suburbs. Comprising 50 Gaming Machines, Sports Bar, Tab, Function rooms, and Bistro, this venue is seeking an energetic industry professional to join their team.
You will be responsible for leading and training the Gaming, Food and Beverage teams, managing key shifts, and setting an exceptional standard of service. In this role, you will have the full support and training of a large Group Operations and dedicated Management Team.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Experience working in a similar operation for at least 1 year.
- A Current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA and RSG Certificates, and TAB Licence.
- Effective leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a great atmosphere for employees and customers alike.
You will be well presented with a strong and reliable work history within the industry and a real passion for providing excellent service in a busy environment.
