Based in our fantastic office in Robina, with flexible work arrangements available post-initial 6 months training, this phone-based role encompasses:
- Establishing robust relationships with doctors, delving into their professional and lifestyle aspirations.
- Assessing and qualifying doctors for work opportunities aligned with their goals.
- Cultivating and nurturing partnerships with General Practices and healthcare providers, aligning with their staffing requirements.
- Innovating solutions to address the distinct needs of doctors and practices.
- Facilitating negotiations and finalizing agreements between doctors and healthcare services.

- Collaborating with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve collective success.
