Our team in Stuttgart is looking for support in the area of project and construction management. As a part of your daily work, you will be dealing with various – both small and large – projects for the biopharma and life science industry, within a highly dedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with focus on instrumentations & control
- Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
- Meetings and correspondence with subcontractors and technical contact for our customers
- Responsibility for coordinating construction participants and subcontractors, as well as leading the construction site team
- Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Conducting site inspections and acceptance inspections
- Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
- Measurement creation and billing for construction projects
Show your expertise
- Experience in construction management
- Good knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
- Intercultural competence, team spirit and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities; good English skills would be a plus
