Responsibilities:
- Independently create programmes for complex automation systems.
- Responsible for the entire process from concept development to machine commissioning and quality acceptance.
- Make technical project agreements in cross-departmental teams and take responsibility for them.
- Train and instruct operators, users, and service technicians.
- Involved in commissioning the systems in the factory and at our customers’ sites (at home and abroad).
- Provide customer support by telephone and VPN.
- Prepare documentation and create functional sequence descriptions in close cooperation with our technical documentation department.
