Your profile
- B.A./B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Also accepting applications from those who have a degree/certificate in psychology, social work, primary education, or early years care
- Proven working experience with children (preferred)
- An open minded, creative and highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to work following a daily nursery/daycare routine
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to quickly build rapport, together with excellent communication skills for dealing with colleagues, parents and children
- Excellent English knowledge (Level C1/C2) required
Your mission
- Planning and implementation of the group’s daily routine and childcare care activities
- Exposing the children to other cultures and target language
- Regular communication with parents and fostering of positive relationships with them
- Work according to the co-construction approach and implementation of free play
- Working according to the bilingual concept: One person, one language
- Planning and implementation of projects and educational activities
- Implementation of the acclimatization phase for new children
- Active participation in team meetings (your own group and as well as in the larger team)
