Organize the CEO\\\’s agenda and calendar, as well as all office-relevant procedures (e.g., travel booking, expenses, administrative duties, etc.). Manage a challenging fashion calendar and support a smooth company-wide meeting cascade for all departments. Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests and efficiently manage all ongoing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Support the planning of key events that require the presence of the CEO, such as team events, advisory boards, offsites, etc. Oversee the entire office management team, build new processes and procedures together with the team, and help them maintain their existing systems. Handle all administrative duties related to external stakeholders (e.g., signature processes, banks, tax office). Confidently handle sensitive information with sound judgment and an appropriate level of discretion. Assist with the creation of important reports and presentations. What you will bring: 5+ years in a similar role, supporting and assisting top management. Strong process and project management skill set. Service mindset with high drive, a can-do attitude, and a hands-on approach. Positive and empathetic attitude. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); German is not required.
