Sales Specialist for Dutch (m/f/d) Social Media

We are looking for a Sales Specialist and community and people enthusiast (m/w/d) in Social Media for the Dutch language, to strengthen our growing team. If you enjoy Sales, advising customers, and being part of a leading exciting team, then this position is for you!

Your tasks

  1. As a product expert for advertisements, you are an information provider and decision-making assistant for updating successful online advertising campaigns.
  2. You understand yourself as a trusted relationship manager, bring the wishes of the customer in experience, and are involved in their successful implementation.
  3. You detect trends and undesirable developments at an early stage and apply your ideas to a powerful advertising campaign.
  4. Optimize ad placement based on success metrics and their regular analysis.

Your profile

  1. A strong sales-orientated attitude, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to empathize with the customer.
  2. Self-driven and goal-oriented with strong organizational talent.
  3. Fluent in Dutch and very good command of English at least B2 level.
  4. Experience in Sales and/or Marketing with a proven record of accomplishment is a big plus.
  5. A confident and friendly personality with a strong sales talent.
  6. Problem-solving skills, multitasking, stamina, and endurance even in difficult situations.
  7. A quick grasp, learning, and structured approach.
  8. Social Media Advert Product knowledge or at least an affinity for Digital Advertising.

Your benefits

  1. Relocation package provided: 700EUR or 1500 EUR from abroad.
  2. An above-average salary of 2750 € + 300€ language allowance and a bonus up to 787€ gross with a commitment of 40 hours/week.
  3. 40 € voucher card for redeeming at different providers – for 100% presence up to 685 EUR performance bonus monthly after the nesting period.
  4. 300 EUR/month language bonus.
