One of our financial services clients is seeking two recruitment professionals to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including job requirements analysis, conducting interviews, active sourcing, and contract negotiations.
  • Utilise platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed for active sourcing to identify and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including hiring managers, HRBPs, HR-Reward, HR-Operations, and the works council.
  • Track and report on recruitment-related KPIs.
  • Drive recruitment initiatives such as employer branding and partnerships with universities.
  • Participate in recruitment projects, including the implementation of applicant tracking systems.
  • Support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the local HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
  • Document processes and lead process optimization efforts.

What You’re Made Of:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment processes.
  • Proven expertise in Active Sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, and Indeed, with knowledge of current sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to manage high workloads efficiently.
  • Strong personal credibility and empathy, with a drive to build trustful relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, capable of interacting with and influencing all levels of management.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Avature, or similar).
  • Business fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2).
