Intelvision is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to expanding our team extension services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities, partners, and clients to expand the business.
- Handle and develop relationships with new clients and current partners to increase sales volumes.
- Manage and track leads for team extension needs.
- Handle cold calling and offline meetings with clients.
- Gather position requirements and coordinate with recruitment, delivery, and partners for successful project closure.
- Prepare proposals and offers.
- Organize interviews and onboarding of specialists for client projects.
- Calculate project budgets and profitability.
- Manage engagement communication and contract negotiations (with the legal team).
- Ensure smooth sales processes and continuous improvement.
- Conduct webinars in German (with the help of the marketing team).
Requirements:
- Live in Germany, German – native speaker or fluent C2 level, fluent English (B2-C1 level).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry.
- Experience in selling outstaffing or team extension services is a strong advantage.
- 2+ years of experience of IT products or services.
- Knowledge of the German market: understanding of business culture, customer needs and local characteristics.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and analytical tools for sales monitoring.
- Part-time engagement : willingness to work from 10+ hours per week.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Experience with business development and client relationship management.
- Ability to create and implement sales strategies from scratch.
