As our Brand Manager, you’ll shape our brand identity, drive marketing strategies, and engage with our audience to create a lasting impact in the chocolate industry while promoting sustainability and innovation.
Tasks
Brand Strategy:
- Develop and execute brand and communication strategies targeting end consumers.
- Present, implement and consult the ingredient brand strategy with our international B2B partners.
Communication Strategy
- Develop tailor-made product and communication strategies for our B2B partners.
- Oversee our sustainability communication and act as the company expert in this area.
- Manage and optimise the brand website, ensuring it effectively represents the brand’s targets.
Market and Competitive Analysis
- Analyse the weekly market data, identify action steps, and implement solutions in collaboration with the sales team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably with 3-4 years in a branding and communication role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- You have passion for sustainability and you have familiarity with B2B strategies
- Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
