Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with a focus on our international markets (Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, France).
You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including:

  1. Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool.
  2. Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners.
  3. Proactive and transparent communication to our customers.

You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence.
Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.

Your Profile
University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable professional training.
Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
Ability to problem-solve easily and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and at least one of the following: German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or French – additional languages are a plus.
Can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
