As a Conversion Optimisation Manager, you will join the international Marketing team of AUTO1 Group. Our motivated and ambitious marketing professionals form a powerful unit that attracts users and converts them into customers. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, giving you the best environment for a steep learning curve. In your role as a Conversion Optimisation Manager for our Retail brand, Autohero.com, and sister brands, you will revise and optimize the Customer Journey, bringing data-driven ideas and working closely with our product teams to implement them.
Your new Role
- Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path.
- Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers, and the Design Team.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Take responsibility for projects from ideation to launch, guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with a group of cross-functional experts.
Your Skills
- CRO Expertise: You’ve got hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization, ideally within e-commerce or digital products. Experience in App optimization is a plus.
- Data-Driven and Analytical: Numbers are your second language. You can sift through complex data, spot opportunities, and turn insights into strategies that boost performance. You’re confident with A/B and multivariate testing and know how to build an effective experimentation roadmap.
- Strategic Thinker: You focus on impact and ROI, balancing quick wins with longer-term improvements. You’re not just testing for the sake of it; you’re always tying your work back to the bigger picture.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: You’re meticulous, whether it’s setting up an experiment, QAing a test, or documenting results. You’ve also got a knack for juggling multiple projects and keeping them all on track.
- Collaborative Communicator: You thrive in a team setting, working seamlessly with product, design, development, and marketing teams. You’re great at breaking down complex ideas and getting buy-in from different stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. If you speak another European language—like German, French, or Spanish—that’s a big plus.
