Responsibilities:
- As a working student (m/f/d) you will support the EMEA Product Master Data Management team with product launches and other day-to-day business.
- You start and coordinate the spare part creation in the SAP and are the quality gate, ensuring correct data in various system interfaces and during various stages of the product lifecycle.
- You find opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness for product launch activities and discover potential for automation approaches.
- You support the review of marketing-/ business support processes and update/develop standard operating procedures and process overviews for knowledge transfer.
- Work in close exchange with Supply chain, Sales & Marketing to align about product information.
Requirements:
- You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled at a German university in Marketing, Economics or Technical (engineering) or a similar field and can work from our EMEA HQ office in central Hamburg.
- You are an excellent, fluent communicator in English.
- You have strong analytical skills and are solution-oriented.
- You work confidently with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook).
- Furthermore, you have an independent way of working and enjoy working in a team.
- Passionate about processes and documentation.
