Job Description
As part of the Controlling team, we offer you an exciting and responsible role in our core division wound care. You will be responsible for all controlling-related tasks in the interface to production and work closely with the Operations department. As a controlling expert, you will guide your business partners through all financial processes and be the central contact person for financial issues.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and creating transparency for the Head of Operations.
- Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants.
- Continuous review of results and initiation of improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners.
- Carry out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting, and monthly financial statements and prepare these for the Head of Operations.
- Work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and be responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division.
- In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations.
- Guide, coach, and challenge the production controllers in the plant.
Qualifications:
- Successfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and/or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment.
- Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working.
- Profound knowledge of SAP BW/ERP tools and very good MS Office skills.
- Very good English and German skills.
