Job Description

As the Manager Strategy, Innovation & Insight (f/m/d), you will be instrumental in shaping our flexibility services platform. You will also oversee strategic projects that align with our business objectives, ensuring effective implementation of innovation throughout the organization.
Your role is crucial in ensuring our products and services meet evolving customer needs and stay ahead of industry trends.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors through various channels (surveys, focus groups, data analytics).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are embedded in every stage of product development and delivery.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects related to innovation and customer insights.
Prepare and present project updates to senior management, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and outcomes.
Ensure that regional insights and innovations are integrated into the global product strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in innovation management, customer insights, or product management, ideally within the energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and delivering projects that align with strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment, with the ability to navigate and respect different cultural contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in innovation management or project management is a plus.
