Tasks
- Review connections to infrastructure interfaces during product changes
- Analyze existing data center network infrastructure for migration to a Cisco ACI network design
- Provide support and consulting for the design and implementation of Cisco ACI environments
- Evaluate and implement new features and functionalities, including thorough documentation
- Test solutions and products (PoC) and develop concepts (naming, network, multiprotocol)
- Assist in creating an SD-WAN design and test new infrastructure components
- Offer consultancy in security topics (e.g., Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Cisco)
- Conduct knowledge transfer and ensure seamless handover to operations
- Transition approved products into operations and prepare software rollouts
- Provide support for deployments, defect analysis and resolution, and release management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the specified tasks
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco ACI and network engineering
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience with agile work methodologies and network projects
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English skills (C1–C2)
- German skills are desirable but not mandatory
