BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products play an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape \“The HRS Business Travel Club\“ and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.

You love to dive deep into situations and financial figures and act upon it – until you understand the full picture from root cause to solution? You are passionate about connecting the dots from problem identification to see how the solution changes the dynamic? CHALLENGE

  • You will sponsor and own our financial reports for the eCommerce business performance to effectively manage and steer the business.
  • As part of the eCommerce business analytics & steering team, you will derive actions to suggest optimizations for the business.
  • You challenge the status quo of analysis by diving deep upon trend and deviation analysis.
  • In deep collaboration with our finance department, you facilitate the setup of our eCommerce topline and coordinate the cost forecast and PnL.
  • You will sponsor and monitor business cases to improve our performance and increase the satisfaction of our customers and partners.
  • In collaboration with our Data Scientists, you are responsible and enabled to model and own our eCommerce business topline budget and forecast.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH…

  • Growth mindset, experience in hyper scaling environment, hands-on mentality, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability.
  • Several years of experience in Business Analysis or Controlling of an eCommerce or SaaS company.
  • A degree in business administration with a focus on business intelligence or comparable qualification.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization.
  • Good analysis and presentation skills paired with the ability to create spot-on action items.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Knowledge in Tableau would be appreciated.
  • Fluent in German would be appreciated.
