We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Operations team in Stuttgart, Germany. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional talent mobility programs for one of our largest clients.
What you will do:
- Build strong client relationships and advise on talent mobility needs.
- Plan and deliver outplacement programs, workshops, and training.
- Support individuals through career transitions.
- Design and develop innovative consulting programs.
- Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions.
- Lead and manage a project team of freelance coaches and consultants.
- Report to senior management and ensure quality and budget control.
Skills you will need:
- Significant exposure within HR project management such as redundancy and career transition.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (German & English).
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent German language skills and at least professional/intermediate English language skills.
