The purpose of the role is to ensure the continued overall quality and efficiency of services offered to Allianz’ customers by Property service providers. The post holder is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with service providers, monitoring their performance, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance the overall supplier network.

You\’ll be responsible for:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers in the repairer network, communicating and evaluating the repairer’s performance based on expectations and standards for supply chain services.
  2. Regularly assess the performance of service providers, including repair quality, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through open and closed file reviews of the Allianz Property Claims book.
  3. Analyse data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that service providers adhere to commercial standards and regulatory requirements by conducting desktop reviews and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with service providers to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency and implement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and capabilities of the repairer network.
  5. Prepare regular reports on the performance of service providers and present findings to internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with internal teams, service providers, and other relevant parties.

About you:

  • Previous experience managing insurance claims that involve increased technical or customer complexity (5 years).
  • Proven digital and/or on-ground property claims assessing experience.
  • Strong understanding of Property repair processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in supplier or service provider management within the General Insurance or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel to service provider locations as needed.
