About the role:
- Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a team of Customer Support Coordinators to deliver top-tier service that exceeds customer expectations.
- As a key driver of excellence, you’ll oversee operations, ensure seamless customer interactions, and champion an unmatched service experience.
- Drive performance forward by tracking team metrics, fine-tuning strategies, and providing pit-stop reports to keep customer support running smoothly at top speed.
- Fuel team morale by motivating, coaching, and keeping the team engaged, ensuring they stay energised, driven, and ready to deliver exceptional service every mile of the way.
- Shift gears to quickly resolve customer issues, steering them towards satisfaction, ensuring every experience is smooth and efficient, and leaving them ready for the road ahead.
- Rev up efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvements, fine-tuning workflows, and optimising the customer support engine to keep everything running at peak performance.
- Foster enduring and high-quality relationships with all our suppliers, ensuring a seamless journey for all.
