As the Change and Communications Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of change management and communications for Western Health\’s Digital Health Division.
You\’ll work closely with key stakeholders to drive the adoption of digital health solutions and ensure consistent messaging that aligns with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic change and communication plans to support the successful deployment of digital health initiatives.
- Oversee a team of communication and change management professionals, including change analysts and a senior communications advisor.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate change, ensuring alignment with Western Health\’s broader strategic goals.
- Engage with public affairs to maintain consistent messaging in external communications.
To be Successful in this Role, you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management and communications, particularly in large-scale organisational projects.
- Strong communication skills with proven success in engaging various levels of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and lead teams to achieve strategic outcomes.
- Background in healthcare or experience with EMR systems is highly advantageous.
