by holding lectures and carrying out applied research in our study programme of Computer Engineering

Realization and operation of homogeneous and heterogeneous computer architectures and computer systemsArchitecture of microprocessors and special purpose processors (e.g. for signal processing and machine learning)Programming in C and C++ as well as interface and driver programmingYour tasks

Holding lectures in the above-mentioned subject areas and in foundation courses in our departmentAcquisition and implementation of industry or third-party funded research projectsActive participation in the academic self-governance of the faculty and the university

Your profile

Completed university degree in the field of computer engineering or a related field of study and fulfillment of the recruitment requirements according to §100 of the Berlin Higher Education ActProfound knowledge and practical experience – preferably acquired in industry – in the above-mentioned key areasAbility and willingness to teach courses in German and ideally also in EnglishAlso desired areInterest in dealing with students and passing on knowledgeWillingness to participate in development of the faculty research profile and to actively acquire and carry out research projectsExcellent communication skills and a willingness to work together on a wide range of topics within the facultyFurther information, e.g. on entry requirements for professorships or appointment procedures, can be found on our website.Prof. Dr.-Ing.
