This represents an amazing opportunity with a very friendly and relaxed accounting firm based in Toowong. This firm has been in operation for many years and boasts a very loyal client base.
POSITION
Due to growth, the position of Senior Accountant has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The preparation of tax returns and financial statements for high-quality SMEs up to $50m in turnover
- FBT, CGT, Div 7A, GST and structuring issues
- Work on SMSFs up to $30m in fund value
This role will be 50/50 between business and SMSF clients.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA
- 7+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with large and complex SMSFs
- Experience with large SME clients
- Experience with multi-entity groups
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
