The difference between this firm and most other accounting firms is that their CFO Advisory division is completely separate from its Compliance and Tax division.
No tax, no compliance – just straight high level advisory.
In this role, you will be expected to dive deep into the financial situation of your clients across a range of industries.
Your role will include looking at job costings, how staff are working, how the company spends, vetting every transaction to identify room for improvement – working closely with the Directors in order to propose new strategies to boost business.
The ideal candidate will come from a CFO or Finance Manager background and be chasing the reward from strategically managing multiple business clients at a time who are growth-oriented. Executive presence is a must-have.
Unlike a traditional commercial accounting role, the ability to juggle the affairs for more than one business at a time is imperative.
The salary package on offer is up to $300k (including bonuses). Salary will be commensurate with experience and your ability to engage with clients and the rest of the team.
