We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Support Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Administration Support Manager role is responsible for the effective delivery of office and administrative functions related to the contract and ensuring efficient support to the Management Team.
This is a service-based role, requiring a genuine motivation to support the contract, external stakeholders and remain responsive to the regional operational requirements of the business.
What you\’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and varied subcontract companies to deliver defined outcomes in accordance with key performance indicators, which will be tracked on a scheduled basis. Superior data management, communication, and organisational skills are essential.
- Manage the inventory and allocation of supplies and control costs within budget.
- Maintain and manage office, assets, equipment, and fleet.
- Distribute IT equipment to staff and maintain Registers.
- Undertake filing and general administrative tasks as required.
- Organise communications and meetings for the Contract & Management (internal and external).
- Assist in compiling and preparing the Client Reporting deliverables.
What you\’ll bring
- A high school certificate or tertiary qualification.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to follow set procedures in a fast-paced multiple transaction environment.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
