We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee daily e-commerce operations, optimize online presence, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management :
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the website is fully functional and optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Sales & Marketing :
- Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including email campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
- Customer Engagement :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Manage reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance brand credibility.
- Inventory & Fulfillment :
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Oversee order processing, packaging, and delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce performance and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the latest trends in online retail and consumer behavior.
