The Eurofins BioPharma Services Network of Companies is a first-class biopharmaceutical outsourcing services partner (Contract Research Organization – CRO, Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization – CDMO), working with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetic clients. The network covers the whole chain of drug development thanks to an international network of laboratories and testing units with global reach, uniform QA systems, and high-quality services.

We are looking for a QC Project Manager who will contribute to the significant growth of our business in Switzerland by:

1. Supervision of customer projects with focus on water analysis, as well as related subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group
2. Planning and organization of customer projects and related deliverables (e.g. review of technical documents, plans and validation reports)
3. Mapping and configuration of projects in the LIMS system
4. Ensuring that the commissioned analytical work is carried out properly and on time, as well as co-responsibility for GMP-compliant execution
5. Approval of analysis results and reports
6. Supervision and scientific support of ongoing customer projects and participation in the acquisition of new projects
7. Processing laboratory deviations and root cause analyses (OOS)
8. Collaboration in the creation and preparation of quotations
9. General process optimization and further development of the site
10. Review and revision of work instructions (SOPs)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Completed studies in the field of life sciences (pharmacy, biochemistry, biology, ideally microbiology)
2. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, ideally GMP)
3. Experience in pharmaceutical quality control in the field of microbiology and clean water analysis
4. High customer and service orientation
5. Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally experience with LIMS systems
6. Ideally experience in project management
7. You are a team player, responsible and reliable
8. Very good German and good English skills
9. Knowledge of French is an advantage
