Main tasks:
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Identify and troubleshoot process breakdowns and inefficiencies.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, quality, and output.
- Provide support and guidance to production staff.
- Manage and monitor production resources and equipment.
Requirements:
- Technical degree related to mechanics, electricity, automation, management, or similar.
- Prior experience appreciated.
- French and English fluency are mandatory.
