Your tasks

We offer internships in the following areas:

• Human Resources:

• Coordination of application management,

• Preparation of the onboarding of new employees

• Support of personnel processing and HR projects

• Location: Karlsruhe

• Operations and Commissioning:

• Active support during the assembly and commissioning of our container-based process plants.

• Monitoring of parameters during operation

• Driving of laboratory and demo tests in the head office

• Troubleshooting & tracking of commissioning problems

• Participation in the optimization of the plants

• Location: Karlsruhe or Hamburg

• Product development (design):

• Creation of technical drawings using CAD programs

• Preparation of parts lists

• Support of our employees in plant planning

• Component design and ordering in consultation with manufacturer

• Location: Karlsruhe

• Available from January 2024

• Product development (automation):

• Support of our experts in process automation

• Planning and implementation of process controls

• Interpretation of contol hardware

• Programming of PLC and visualization systems

• Development of process chains for fully automated operation

• Location: Karlsruhe

• Product development (electrical engineering):

• Preparation of concepts for the electrical and signal-technical connection of chemical plants

• Preparation of circuit diagrams of subplants with E-Plan

• Calculations and design for E-components

• Research, customer contact and ordering of E-components

• Preparation of parts lists

• Location: Karlsruhe

• Product development (chemical reactors)

• CAD design and drawing derivation of microstructured reactors

• Supplier and technology research

• Maintain inventory management

• Design and implementation of standardized work processes in development, production and assembly

• Independent supervision of assemblies and cooperation in reactor construction

• Location: Karlsruhe

• Plant engineering/production:

• Practical work in the area of plant construction, in particular the installation of plant components and the fitting of piping runs based on P&I flow diagrams

• Defining and testing processes and framework conditions for production scaling

• Organization and structuring of production areas

• Planning and handling of warehousing and logistics

• Support in quality assurance of plant construction

• Location: Karlsruhe

Your profile

An internship in the respective field is suitable for the following courses of study or comparable fields of study:
Human Resources: business administration, business education or industrial engineering with a focus on human resources.
Operations and Commissioning: Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering
Product Development (electrical engineering): Mechatronics, electrical engineering
Product Development (design): Mechanical engineering, process engineering
Product Development (automation): Informatics, automation engineering
Product Development (chemical reactors) : Mechanical Engineering
