Our client is a modern, independent boutique agency with expertise in all areas of real estate. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our client\’s successful team in a stable, long-term role as a Senior Property Manager. As the Senior Property Manager, you will manage a clean, modest-sized portfolio, focusing on relationship management rather than out-of-office tasks. You will not be responsible for conducting routine inspections or managing entry and exit procedures; these will be handled by others in the team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a well-maintained portfolio with no out-of-office duties.
- Foster and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Ensure the portfolio is well-serviced without being overloaded.
