In this challenging role, we are looking for a structured, dedicated, and solution-oriented leader with experience, who provides impetus for continuous development and participates in projects in the field of Order Logistics.
The position is being filled as part of succession planning, with a professional onboarding and transition phase ensured.
Job Description
- Serve as a contact person for employees, managers, and executives on all topics related to order processing, export, and shipping.
- Lead the team and provide operational support in the areas of order processing, export, and shipping of goods, as well as packaging of outgoing goods.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations in the field.
- Take responsibility for SAP master data and accurate execution of SAP transactions.
- Enhance efficiency by improving workflows and processes.
- Collaborate closely with other departments.
Qualifications
- (Higher education) degree in a commercial discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position or extensive expertise in the field of Order Logistics.
- Experience in team leadership is an advantage.
- Key user experience with SAP and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
- Appreciative attitude and service-oriented work approach.
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 4.800 to € 6.000.
