About the role
We are currently looking for a Project Manager within our Enterprise Delivery team. This role will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Regulatory / Compliance projects, ensuring delivery of outcomes within agreed scope, timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

This role involves managing projects initiated in response to Regulatory change, working with key business stakeholders to manage regulatory changes and new legislation impacting the Superannuation industry.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of regulatory projects within a complex financial services environment, covering impacts on relevant Business and IT areas.

Ideally, you will have a background in a Superannuation setting or similar, with a strong understanding of Operational Risk and controls.

You will excel in the core disciplines of Project Management and be able to articulate your experience in delivering projects to agreed scope, objectives, and outcomes (time, cost, quality, and satisfaction) to maximise business acceptance, realisation of benefits, and compliance with regulations.

You will be skilled in establishing and maintaining effective and sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders (i.e. Project, Business, Technology, Member / Employer, and Partners) as required to optimise delivery success while ensuring all teams are aligned and implementation-ready.

You will provide effective project team leadership to inspire, motivate, and optimise the potential of the team, whilst actively applying effective project governance and controls to deliver quality outcomes covering the management of Scope (incl. Change Control), Stakeholders, Schedules, Financials, Resources, Risks, and Issues.

Ideally, you will have 5-10 years of PM experience, with the ability to pick up projects at different stages of their lifecycle. While these roles are initially focused on regulatory projects, you will be comfortable switching to different areas if needed and using your PM skills on various initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to help deliver on some key initiatives where you will be able to clearly see the impact of your work. This is an initial 12-month contract located in our Melbourne office.
