Your Tasks

• Work with us on people capabilities and upskilling, which is one of the key pillars within the digital manufacturing program
• Collaborate with various international colleagues within Digital Manufacturing, our factories, other SC functions and external vendors
• Support the preparation and implementation of global training formats and assist in coordinating projects with external suppliers
• Organize, maintain and improve our Sharepoint pages relevant for communication and upskilling topics
• Provide general administrative and organization support to our team and be an integral part of our Digital Manufacturing community

Your Profile

• Masters studies in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Economics/Business Adminstration (with above-average grades)
• Properly enrolled during the entire time of employment
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking) / German is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PPT, Excel, Sharepoint, Teams)
• Proactive, taking ownership, get-things-done attitude with pragmatic solution orientation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team

YOUR SALARY

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.025 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 19,39€ per hour.
